Please note Cancellation Policy: Cancellations notified prior to 30 days of arrival will incur a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified less than 30 days of arrival will incur a fee of 20% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 14 days of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee of 75% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 100% loss of payment. Cancellation policy is subject to management’s discretion. Reduction of nights will incur a minimum $30.00 amendment fee. If your booking is reduced by 50% or more our normal cancellation policy will apply.
