1/ What are the payment requirements for bookings?
Full payment is required if booking online, otherwise you can call us to make the booking for you. A one-night deposit is required with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
2/ Is linen included?
Most properties provide linen unless stated otherwise.
3/ Where do I pick up the key?
If arriving before 5pm Monday to Saturday, the key will be available from 2pm at the accommodation desk located inside the Port Lincoln Visitor Centre- 3 Adelaide Place.
Some properties organise keys onsite but we will notify you if your booking is one of these properties.
4/ What if I am arriving out of hours?
Please contact us to arrange key to be placed in the safe at the back of the Visitor Centre and the access code.
5/ Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, but it may incur an amendment fee.
6/ What are the check in & check out times?
2pm check in and 10am checkout
7/ Do you have pet friendly accommodation?
Yes- but some restrictions apply
8/ What happens if I need to cancel?
An admin fee of $50 is payable up to 30days before arrival.
Within 30 days of arrival please see our cancellation policy
9/ Do you charge a booking fee?
Only if paying by credit Card- a 2% fee will apply
10/ Have you seen the properties?
Yes we inspect all the properties before we listing on our site. We are a small local business and live in Port Lincoln.
