It is within walking distance to most cafes, restaurants, pubs, shopping and the beautiful Port Lincoln Foreshore. Whether you are on vacation with the family or in town for business, we have created a comfortable space for everyone.

Please note Cancellation Policy: Cancellations notified prior to 30 days of arrival will incur the booking fee and $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified less than 30 days of arrival will incur a fee of 20% of the booking amount plus booking fee and $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 14 days of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of booking amount plus booking fee and $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee of 75% of booking amount plus booking fee and $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 48 hours of arrival (including early departures and shorting stay) will incur a 100% loss of payment. Cancellation policy is subject to management’s discretion. Reduction of nights will incur a minimum $30.00 amendment fee. If your booking is reduced by 50% or more our normal cancellation policy will apply.
