Your opportunity to stay at Farm Beach within walking distance of the beach in a fully equipped private residence, available Dec/Jan only! The property is an excellent base camp for a fishing holiday or simply relax on the front veranda before a day at the beach. There is a single undercover parking as well as a large driveway for other vehicles, trailer, boat parking on the property. The private gym in the shed is well equipped for all basic weight training. There is a BBQ, entertaining area with a bar fridge all located in the shed. The house has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and fans. All linen/towels provided. Full kitchen, dining and lounge areas with reverse cycle A/C. Washing machine available. There is limited WiFi available via satellite. There is phone service in the local area.

Cancellation Policy

Please note Cancellation Policy: Cancellations notified prior to 30 days of arrival will incur a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified less than 30 days of arrival will incur a fee of 20% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 14 days of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee of 75% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 100% loss of payment. Cancellation policy is subject to management’s discretion. Reduction of nights will incur a minimum $30.00 amendment fee. If your booking is reduced by 50% or more our normal cancellation policy will apply.
