Bedroom 3 has 2 x King Singles and views over South-Point Beach. There are two living areas - one downstairs and one upstairs both with smart TV's. This lovely property has everything need for a night at home with a BBQ on the deck and a fully equipped kitchen. A few minutes drive or a 10-minute stroll to the Marina Hotel and Cruisers Cafe for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and the Port Lincoln Pool. Boat cruises, Fishing Charters & Shark Cage trips also depart close by. All linen supplied, WIFI included. Please note this property is not fenced to the water and has stairs so may not be suitable for young children.

Cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee of 75% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 100% loss of payment. Cancellation policy is subject to management’s discretion. Reduction of nights will incur a minimum $30.00 amendment fee. If your booking is reduced by 50% or more our normal cancellation policy will apply.
