Shelly Beach House is made to be a home away from home, for either a quick weekend or a long holiday. Located just over the road to the beach and our famous Parnkalla trail, with a super quick trip through the bushland to the gorgeous swimming coastline. Boasting sweeping views of our wonderful Boston Bay you will be sure to enjoy your stay. The property consists of 3 large bedrooms with 2 x King Size beds & 1 x Queen bed, plus 2 bathrooms. Pets on requests.

Cancellation Policy
Please note Cancellation Policy: Cancellations notified prior to 30 days of arrival will incur a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified less than 30 days of arrival will incur a fee of 20% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 14 days of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee of 75% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 100% loss of payment. Cancellation policy is subject to management’s discretion. Reduction of nights will incur a minimum $30.00 amendment fee. If your booking is reduced by 50% or more our normal cancellation policy will apply.
