Friendly service and affordable tariffs, and set in a quiet location away from the highway. We're only 100 metres from the historical first landing site and the beach where our first settlers came ashore in 1839. Inspection of our rooms is welcome at any time.

Cancellations notified less than 30 days of arrival will incur a fee of 20% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 14 days of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee of 75% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 100% loss of payment. Cancellation policy is subject to management’s discretion. Reduction of nights will incur a minimum $30.00 amendment fee. If your booking is reduced by 50% or more our normal cancellation policy will apply.
