The 2 Bedroom Deluxe Apartments are great for family or extended visits as they offer full kitchens ready for gourmet delights and separate lounge rooms with smart TV's.
Also on offer is Guest Rooms and Large Suites. The Ocean View Suites are great if you're on that weekend getaway or work visit and wanting that extra room (and of course great views.) The Guest Room is popular with corporate guests, working to a set budget but wanting that luxurious comfort.
If you want the best spot in Port Lincoln and that extra WOW in accommodation, you cannot go past the Luxurious Bay 10 Superior Waterfront Apartment, set in a private waterfront garden. We are located at 24 Lincoln Highway. If coming from the Port Lincoln Airport or Adelaide via Lincoln Highway, head toward Port Lincoln and you will find us on the left-hand side (sea side) of Lincoln Highway before you reach the Port Lincoln Hotel.

Please note Cancellation Policy: Cancellations notified prior to 30 days of arrival will incur a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified less than 30 days of arrival will incur a fee of 20% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 14 days of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee of 75% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 100% loss of payment. Cancellation policy is subject to management’s discretion. Reduction of nights will incur a minimum $30.00 amendment fee. If your booking is reduced by 50% or more our normal cancellation policy will apply.
