If you prefer the outdoors, enjoy a family picnic or swim at the nearby beach or fish from your own pontoon.
This property features a spacious main bedroom with Queen bed, air con, ceiling fan and covered private balcony. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have 2 x single beds and ceiling fans.
The main bathroom includes a bath tub, enclosed shower and toilet, while the 2nd bathroom and combined laundry has a shower, toilet, washing machine and clothes dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and a Nespresso machine for the coffee enthusiast. Relax in the open living space which provides ample seating in the dining and lounge areas. R/C Air conditioner added for extra comfort, and a large Smart TV is ready for viewing with access to Netflix.
The outdoor deck area is provided with a BBQ and boasts plenty of room for entertaining, and easy access to the pontoon.

Please note Cancellation Policy: Cancellations notified prior to 30 days of arrival will incur a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified less than 30 days of arrival will incur a fee of 20% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 14 days of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee of 75% of full booking price plus $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 100% loss of payment. Cancellation policy is subject to management???s discretion. Reduction of nights will incur a minimum $30.00 amendment fee. If your booking is reduced by 50% or more our normal cancellation policy will apply.
