This property features a spacious main bedroom with Queen bed, air con, ceiling fan and covered private balcony. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have 2 x single beds and ceiling fans.

The main bathroom includes a bath tub, enclosed shower and toilet, while the 2nd bathroom and combined laundry has a shower, toilet, washing machine and clothes dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and a Nespresso machine for the coffee enthusiast. Relax in the open living space which provides ample seating in the dining and lounge areas. Cancellations notified less than 30 days of arrival will incur a fee of 20% of the booking amount plus booking fee and $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 14 days of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of booking amount plus booking fee and $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee of 75% of booking amount plus booking fee and $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 48 hours of arrival (including early departures and shorting stay) will incur a 100% loss of payment. Cancellation policy is subject to management’s discretion. Reduction of nights will incur a minimum $30.00 amendment fee. If your booking is reduced by 50% or more our normal cancellation policy will apply.
