Spend countless hours gazing at the ocean and watching the harbour.

Description

Joanie and the Ship Watchers is a recently renovated, fully self-contained two-bedroom home with sweeping views across Port Lincoln’s Proper Bay Harbour. Just a couple of streets back from the foreshore, you’ll be within easy reach of local cafes, restaurants, and the vibrant waterfront. The home sleeps four comfortably, with room for up to six using the fold-out king-sized couch in the main living area. Inside, you’ll find modern and comfortable finishes, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and air fryer, and bright open spaces designed for relaxation. For longer stays, the washer and dryer provide extra convenience. Step outside into the private backyard, complete with a gas BBQ, fire pit, and outdoor entertaining area — the perfect spot to watch the ships glide across the bay. This home was built and cherished by our grandparents, who spent countless hours gazing at the ocean and watching the harbour. Today, Joanie and the Ship Watchers carries that legacy forward, offering a place to pause, unwind, and make your own coastal memories — whether it be for visiting professionals, business trips, or holiday makers seeking a seaside escape.
