Cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee of 75% of booking amount plus booking fee and $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified within 48 hours of arrival (including early departures and shorting stay) will incur a 100% loss of payment. Cancellation policy is subject to management’s discretion.
