The grass area is great for the kids to play on and the outside pet. An open-plan area has reverse cycle air conditioning , wood fire and opens to the balcony via sliding doors. The house is located just minutes walk and drive to the CBD and local beach and restaurants.

The kitchen is well set up with good quality equipment and utensils including a pod machine, oven, microwave, and fridge.

The spacious yard is fully fenced with lawned area , outdoor dining table .

A BBQ is available that you are welcome to use. Outdoor pets are welcome.

The main driveway has plenty of room to park a boat, trailer and car with some under cover parking. The second drive way will fit 1 car undercover. All the roller doors are manual for easy use.

The bathroom has a bath with a separate shower and vanity. The toilet in next to the laundry. The laundry has a washing machine, steam garment, mop and broom.

The house sleeps 6 and you'll have the choice of 2 x Queen beds, 1 x Double Bed. Bedrooms 1 and 3 have a built in robe.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided (one towel per person) please bring your own beach towels.
